Some people attend your workshops. Others leave a little sunshine in your heart. 🌻

It has been a few days since I completed my three-part VERTA DAUGIAU™ (WORTH MORE) practical seminar journey, and I am still carrying so much gratitude in my heart.

Today, I want to say THANK YOU.

To every woman who joined, listened, reflected, asked questions, shared her thoughts or allowed herself a little time to pause and look inward.

To those who sent even a few kind words afterwards, please know that your messages mean more than you might imagine.

And a very special thank you to Ilona Rakauskaite, an Accredited Counsellor and Founder of More Wellbeing.

Ilona attended all three sessions.

She wasn't afraid to ask questions, share her thoughts, engage in conversations and bring her genuine curiosity into our learning space.

And there was something else.
Her smile. ☀️

That warm, encouraging smile on my screen throughout all three evenings.
Perhaps she didn't realise it, but sometimes, while I was speaking, I would see her smiling and feel quietly encouraged myself.

We often talk about how educators inspire their learners.
But we don't talk enough about how much our learners inspire us.
Ilona, you were a little sunshine on my screen. Thank you. 💛

And when I read your thoughtful feedback, especially that you had worked through the workbook, made decisions you needed to make, and found greater calm and clarity, I felt something much deeper than professional satisfaction.

I felt that the learning had travelled beyond my presentation and into someone's real life.

And that is why I do this work.

Not because I am better than anyone else.

Not because I have figured everything out.

And certainly not because my own life has always been easy or perfectly balanced.

I am still learning. Still growing. Still questioning some of my own beliefs. Still discovering new things about myself.

After more than 30 years in education, I remain a student of life.

I have experienced moments when I needed to rebuild my own confidence, make difficult decisions, and find the courage to begin again.

And perhaps that is exactly why I care so deeply about helping other women recognise their worth.

Because I know the difference between someone telling you that you are enough and finally beginning to believe it yourself.

My greatest joy is not teaching women what to think. It is helping them discover what they already carry within themselves.

Their wisdom. Their experience. Their forgotten dreams. Their quiet courage.

And then helping them take one small, meaningful step towards living according to their true worth.

My gratitude is growing.

My heart is full.

And alongside that joy, I feel a beautiful sense of responsibility - to keep learning, keep sharing, keep improving my work and creating spaces where women feel safe enough to be honest with themselves.

Because I believe we grow not only by receiving knowledge, but also by sharing what we learn along the way.

And perhaps that is what Always ENOUGH™ has always meant to me.

Not perfection.

Not having all the answers.

But knowing that we are worthy of love, respect, opportunities and a meaningful life, even while we are still growing.

I often think of every woman as a flower.
Each one different.
Each carrying her own colours, her own story, her own season.
Some are already blooming.
Some are quietly gathering strength beneath the surface.

And some have spent so many years caring for everyone else's garden that they have almost forgotten their own.

But even the most delicate petal carries its own beauty.

And with a little care, warmth, patience and the right environment, a flower can unfold into colours it never knew it held.

Perhaps we women are not so different.

So, if you are reading this and feel that somewhere along the way you have lost touch with your inner courage, your dreams or your sense of worth, I would love to hear your story.

Let's have a conversation.

Not because you need someone to fix you.

But because sometimes a supportive hand, a thoughtful question, and a little encouragement can help you see the strength that has been within you all along.

🌻 You are enough. ALWAYS.🌻

And you deserve to live a life that reflects it.

With love and gratitude,
Vaida V. Stone

Last night, something I had spent months developing on paper became real.

The first session of my VERTA DAUGIAU™ (Worth MORE ) seminar series went live.
And despite the late evening hour, women joined from Lithuania, the UK and even Denmark.

A small international room of Lithuanian women, connected by one surprisingly universal question:

What happens when the “good girl” grows up — but the rules she learnt grow up with her?

Be good.
Be strong.
Don’t cause problems.
Help others.
Don’t ask for too much.
Do your duties first.
Think about what others will say.

There is nothing wrong with being caring, responsible or strong.

The difficulty begins when these qualities stop being a choice and become an automatic rule for how we live.

During our 90 minutes together, we explored four patterns I repeatedly notice through my work and life experience:

The Pleaser. The Carer. The Strong One. The Adapter.

These are not personality types.
They are not diagnoses or labels.

The same woman may be the Strong One at work, the Carer in her family and the Pleaser in situations where disappointing someone feels unbearable.

So I didn’t ask:

“Which type are you?”

I asked:

“Where in your life do you recognise this behaviour — and what is it costing you?”

And then came the part I loved most.

There was silence.

There was writing.

There was reflection.

There were honest comments appearing in the chat.

Because this was never intended to be 90 minutes of me talking.

As an educator, I believe understanding something intellectually is only the beginning.

That is why my Always ENOUGH™ Learning Cycle is:

UNDERSTAND → SEE YOURSELF → TRY → APPLY → GROW

The women didn’t leave with ten more things they “should” do.

They left with one practical tool, one small experiment to try in real life this week, and a workbook to continue the reflection in their own time.

At the beginning, I asked them to write down what they hoped to receive from our 90 minutes together.

At the end, we returned to that question:

“Did you receive what you came for?”

The answers appeared.

Yes. ❤️

That moment meant a lot to me.

Not simply because the seminar had “gone well”.

But because something I have been developing through years of education, life experience, client work and the Always ENOUGH™ philosophy had moved from my documents and ideas into a real room with real women.

And it worked where it matters most:

not by telling women what to do,

but by helping them see themselves more clearly and create space for a conscious choice.

Because my aim is not to teach women to stop being good.

It is to help them stop disappearing from their own goodness.

And perhaps begin asking:

“Does the way I am choosing to live reflect my true worth?”

Day One of VERTA DAUGIAU™ is complete.

And this journey has only just begun.

He didn't know the difference between a chat and a project.
Fully booked. No time to "learn a new system." Genuinely sceptical.
I didn't promise him a magic AI agent.
I promised something slower. More honest.
That if he showed up, I'd teach him to actually use it.

Eleven weeks later:
📋 A full year of mileage claims, automated in one sitting
📄 A lengthy insurance policy, understood in minutes
✍️ A contract, checked for risk before he signed
⚠️ A compliance issue, caught before it became a legal problem
And then, without me teaching it, he started reaching for AI on his own. Problems I never showed him.
That's the part that tells me it worked.

This journey reminded me, once again, what I truly believe: teaching AI was never really about the technology. It's about walking someone past the fear long enough for them to discover they were capable all along.
And the fun part? We're not finished yet. I'm genuinely looking forward to what he achieves next.

Always ENOUGH is not about lowering your ambitions. It's about creating awareness, then backing yourself to act on it.
For me, AI is not separate from financial and emotional well-being. Used well, it can give small business owners back something incredibly valuable: time, confidence, and greater control over their work and money.

👉 What's one task in your business you'd hand off, if you actually trusted the tool to do it properly?

I taught seven-year-olds fractions before I ever taught a grown woman her finances. The method never changed.

Thirty-one years ago, on 1 September 1995, I stood in front of my first classroom in Lithuania. Chalk dust in the air, thirty pairs of eyes on me, and a curriculum I'd memorised but hadn't yet learned to actually teach.

I didn't know it then, but I wasn't just learning how to explain a subject. I was learning how real behavioural change actually happens in a person, and that lesson would matter far more, decades later, on a different continent, teaching something nobody had put on a syllabus.

What do I mean? In that first classroom, I quickly discovered that the children who struggled most weren't struggling with the material. They were struggling because nobody had built the ground beneath them first.

Confidence, safety, the belief that they were capable of understanding at all. Skip that, and the facts simply don't land, however clearly you explain them.

I carried that lesson with me for thirty plus years, through classrooms, through a career as a regulated financial adviser, and now into the work I do today. Financial confidence isn't taught by opening with a spreadsheet. It's taught the same way a nine-year-old learns fractions, by building the ground first, then the strategy, then the growth. Skip the ground, and no amount of good advice holds.

This is the entire principle behind the Always ENOUGH™ Method. Mind, then heart, then money, always in that order, because the order is the method.
🌻
I'd love to know what you make of this. What's a skill from an earlier chapter of your career, one that never quite made it onto a job title, that quietly shapes how you work today, even if no one else can see the thread?

Stop pretending you are fine.
That word, "fine", carries more weight than any of us admit. It sounds strong. It buys us time. It ends the conversation politely so everyone else can carry on.
But I have sat across from senior leaders, founders and directors who use "fine" as a shield, capable women running departments and households and still leaving nothing for themselves.

Here is what nobody tells you: the cost lands in two places at once. Your heart, and your bank account.
The pension contribution you keep meaning to increase.
The pay rise you never asked for.
The course you would recommend to a colleague without hesitation, but will not book for yourself.

As the founder of the Always ENOUGH™ Method, I see this pattern constantly in women who are, by every external measure, doing brilliantly. The gap is never ability. It is permission.

Where has "I'm fine" cost you the most, financially or emotionally?
I would love to read your answer in the comments.

Have you ever outgrown a name before you outgrew the work behind it?

That is where I have been for a while now. Quietly building, quietly growing, under a name that no longer said what I actually do.

For years, you may have known my work as MSV (Flourish) Academy, or Moneywiser Academy by V. Stone. Those names carried me through an important chapter. But the work itself has grown into something clearer, something that finally has one true name.

Always ENOUGH™.

Not an academy. Not a course platform. A method, and a philosophy, built from thirty plus years of teaching, from my own years as a licensed financial adviser, and from a life that has asked me, more than once, to rebuild from very little.

Always ENOUGH is the belief that sits underneath everything I teach: that your relationship with money is a relationship with yourself first. Mind, heart, and money were never meant to be worked on separately. When women feel that connection, everything else, the confidence, the clarity, the calm, follows.

So from today, everything I do lives under one name, one page, one clear home.

🌿 This page is now Always Enough Method | Vaida V. Stone, and you can find me everywhere as .

Nothing about the work has changed. If anything, it has simply become honest about what it always was.

If you have followed me for a while, thank you for growing alongside me through the old names. If you are new here, welcome, you have arrived at exactly the right time.

I would love to know, in the comments: when did you last outgrow something before you had the courage to say so out loud?

With you, always,

3 days deep in building something that has taken years to become clear.

For the past three days, I’ve been intensely focused on creating the new website for Always ENOUGH™.

And somewhere between rewriting pages, refining messages and asking myself, “What do I really want this brand to say?”, one truth kept coming back to me:

Financial wellbeing and emotional wellbeing were never separate conversations.

We may separate them on spreadsheets, in workshops, or in job titles.

But inside us?

Money can carry fear.
Freedom.
Shame.
Security.
Confidence.
Control.
Hope.

And our emotional state influences how we earn, spend, save, avoid, plan and make decisions.

That connection between mind, heart and money is at the centre of the Always ENOUGH Method.

And it is also at the heart of the speaking work I am developing for organisations, schools and communities.

After more than 30 years designing learning and supporting people through change, I want these conversations to reach further.

Not simply to teach people how to manage money.

But to create spaces where we can talk about the human being behind the numbers.

🌻 Because financial confidence can grow very differently when emotional wellbeing is part of the conversation.

The new Always ENOUGH website is taking shape, and so is the next chapter of my work.

Follow me for more updates, upcoming masterclasses and new speaking topics around financial wellbeing, emotional resilience and the connection between mind, heart and money.
