A massive congratulations to Kiaran for graduating from the London Institute of Banking and Finance and achieving his Diploma in Financial Planning! 👨🏻‍🎓 This is another string to his bow alongside his current CeMAP qualification. 📚

Kiaran will continue to advise on Mortgages as well as developing his skills to advise on Pensions & Investments in the future. 👏

Many people think that being self employed you need a minimum of 2-years trading to get a mortgage. 🤔 Whilst this is true for the majority of lenders, we have access to those lenders who will accept only 1-years worth of trading income! 🙌🏻

Super excited to become an Own New registered broker! 🙌🏻

Own New is a new build scheme recently released to help first time buyers and home movers reduce their monthly mortgage costs significantly for the initial fixed period of their mortgage! 🏡

At the moment this is only offered by limited mortgage lenders and new build developers but a very exciting prospect with hopefully others onboarding very soon! 🤞🏼
