A fabulous day 😊

What a fabulous day at The Femme Collective!

I spent the day with a group of lovely ladies, all business women from North Devon, all on their own journeys.

A day full of ladies growing themselves and supporting other women to do the same!

I'm super excited for my client who is buying this cosy cottage 😍

Amazing to work alongside Joe Ovey - North Devon Estate Agent he has been wonderful!

SOLD STC IN JUST 1 WEEK! 🎉

Another property snapped up quickly! The weather is hot but ths deals are hotter baby! WHEW.

This fantastic first-time buyer home attracted plenty of interest thanks to its great value, move-in ready condition, and excellent location.

If you're thinking of selling, now is a great time. Buyers are actively looking, and the right pricing and marketing strategy can make all the difference.

If you're wondering what your home could be worth or you're ready to make your next move, I'd be happy to help.

B U Y I N G A N E W B U I L D ?

New homes are popping up everywhere in and around our area, and with so many people buying, I keep hearing the same thing...

"The developer told us we had to use their mortgage adviser."

The good news is... you don't.

As an independent mortgage adviser, I search the whole market to find the mortgage that best suits your needs, not just a limited range of products.

But my job doesn't stop once you've got your mortgage agreed. I continue to monitor interest rates right up until you exchange contracts. If a better deal becomes available and you're eligible to apply, I'll do everything I can to secure it for you. That could save you thousands of pounds over the life of your mortgage.

Whether you're buying your first home, moving house, or purchasing a new build, it's worth having a conversation before you commit.

Call me on 07883 188422 for a friendly, no-obligation chat. You might be surprised at what's possible.

Please feel free to like, comment or share this post with anyone who could benefit from independent mortgage advice.

Introducing, Betty, my little admin assistant!

She hasn't enjoyed the last few days in this heat.

However she can highly recommend a cold, wet flannel to the belly!

Seriously considering joining her! 🥵🤣

This was the best 40th birthday present ever! 😍 Definitely worth the wait! Thank you so much Rob Blackmore x

Have to say Ashley, Speedy and Chris were fabulous, such a good laugh and made it so much fun for all of us. The kids were included in the set up and packing down as well.

Would 100% recommend this to anyone

Joint tenants or tenants in common?

The difference between joint tenants and tenants in common is about how ownership is structured when two or more people buy a property together.
Joint tenants:

🔹 You both own the whole property together equally.
🔹If one of you dies, the other automatically inherits the entire property (this is called the right of survivorship).
🔹You can’t leave your share to someone else in your will.
🔹Often used by married couples or long-term partners who want the home to pass directly to the other person.
Tenants in common:
🔹You each own a specific share of the property (e.g. 50/50, 70/30).
🔹You can each leave your share to someone else in your will.
🔹There is no automatic inheritance for the other owner if one person dies.
🔹Common for friends, relatives, or business partners buying together, or if one person is contributing more money.
