Buggy Blitz Buggy Blitz is a 30 minute postnatal outdoor buggy workout held in Berkhamsted. The classes are aimed at new mums from 6 weeks post natal.

Buggy Blitz is a 30 minute low impact interval training (LIIT) postnatal outdoor buggy class held in Berkhamsted. They involve lots of body weight toning exercises, cardio and tummy exercises with no running or jumping. No need for childcare as baby comes too in the pram/buggy! We meet at the footbridge over the canal from Waitrose (by Canal Fields Car Park and the Skate Ramp)
Parking is free for

4 hours or why not walk down and go for a coffee after the class! Classes are £7 pay as you go or you can pay £24 for 4 sessions (to be used within 2 months). Booking is required - please click on the Book Now tab at the top of this page. You cancel up to 2 hours before the class. Payment is by cash or bank transfer on the day of the class. Classes run all through the year, in most weather conditions! DM or email [email protected] for more info.
