SOUNDS GREAT, BUT WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN?
Shared Ownership is a great way of getting onto the property ladder, but what does it really mean?

🏡We buy a property together - you pay your mortgage on your bit and rent on our bit.

🏡Just like other home owners you are responsible for the repairs to your home. (Before buying the property we carry out an inspection to make sure there are no hidden problems which will require significant repairs.)

🏡 When you come to sell your home / buy a greater share we both benefit from the value if it has gone up and also share the loss if the value has gone down.


🏡 We are a not-for-profit organisation so that means any money we make goes back into helping more people get on the property ladder - which means if you become a customer YOU can help people get onto the property ladder.
