I'm Lois 🥰 I have been a Mortgage and Protection Broker for 3 years! I have now taken the decision to venture into the big bad work for being a self-employed broker with the support of Milecross Financial Services to ensure I can advise my clients in a way that suits them! I live in the seaside town (city) of Bangor 🌊 I love everything property and home decor related, and can spend hours creating vision boards and doing projects around our home! 🏡

At home we have two very spoilt pugs, named Bella and Frank - they love the cosy relaxed side of life and are usually found snuggling on the sofa! 🐾

As long as you have a signed employment contract dated within the next 3 months, showing your start date, contract type, and salary, lenders can use your pending income for affordability.

Only have one payslip? No problem! A lender will just need to see your contract to back it up.

💡 Keep in mind—lenders prefer little to no gaps in employment history. If there are any, they may ask for an explanation.
