Happy International Pancake Day!

Well it certainly does look delicious and I have to say I do love a bit of chocolate sauce and strawberries on a pancake stack.

Artwork, crafts and little cards were some of the best gifts my girls gave me growing up. Handmade and offered with nothing but love. The best gift I provided them was if I died while they were still dependant on me, I knew they would have at least financial stability.

With the loss of my income and potentially my husband wanting to stay out of work for a bit to spend time with them, looking after the finances was a must.

Today marks 6 weeks since our very own Admin Manager Bronagh had a life saving Kidney transplant.

She has been recovering well the last few weeks at home and I am sure you will all join us in wishing her a speedy recovery back to health.
