🎉 A major milestone for SADCO Nursery Group — we have officially grown to seven nurseries.

We are delighted to announce the completion of our acquisition of Peek-a-Boo Nurseries, welcoming three established settings in Kirkcaldy, Markinch and Leven into SADCO Nursery Group.

The acquisition takes us to 7 settings across Fife and Glasgow, 365 childcare places and a team of around 140 people — and marks another major milestone as we become Fife’s largest private childcare provider.

From one nursery to seven, our focus remains the same: delivering high-quality childcare, investing in our people and creating environments where children can thrive.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome the Peek-a-Boo children, families and teams and build on the fantastic foundations already in place.

A new chapter for Poppins Kindergarten 🌿

If you’ve driven or walked past Poppins Kindergarten in Glasgow’s Southside recently, you’ll probably have noticed it’s had quite a transformation.

When we took over the nursery, we saw so much potential. Over the past few months we’ve invested heavily in bringing that vision to life, creating a nursery that’s brighter, more welcoming and a place children can really enjoy spending their day.

From the learning environments and resources to the outdoor spaces, every part of the nursery has been refreshed with children and families in mind.

For us, this wasn’t simply about renovating a building. It was about creating a setting that gives parents confidence when they drop their children off each morning, provides an inspiring environment for our team, and becomes something the local community can be proud of.

We’ve captured every stage of the journey—from the day we got the keys, through the refurbishment, right up to the finished result.
