Another fun day for Staff and Clients, just a shame it was a draw.

Apologies to any of our clients who tried to get in contact with us yesterday. Apparently, our network provider, CallSwitch, experienced malicious inbound call traffic, which caused disruption to users.

They have made significant progress on identifying and removing the malicious call traffic in order to restore a full service.

At this time, we cannot confirm when service will be restored for all affected users, but will provide accurate updates as soon as these are available.

If you still experience issues please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
