Founding directors Elliot Cotterell and Olly Cotterell, already running two flourishing award-winning mortgage businesses pulling together their expertise, dedication and integrity to help those with commercial finance.

The financial world comes second nature to the brothers with it coming instinctively to them both, enabling them to use their passion to help clients secure the funds they need for their dream projects.
With the brothers growing up around building projects their passion for the industry began from a young age. From renovating homes in France to building homes in England, there was always a project on the go and to this day there still is.
With not only personal but professional experience, C&C offers the same personal and professional approach with the brothers using their experiences and knowledge to guide you throughout your project. Their unique experience enables them to provide a niche and specialist approach to everything they do.
Elliot Cotterell is the founder of award-winning My Mortgage Maker Ltd, starting MMM in 2020. Elliot and his team have been able to help thousands of clients across the UK purchase their dream homes. Starting out over 10 years ago in the industry, Elliot has managed to build an incredibly successful firm alongside continuing to find new projects to undertake such as co-founding C&C.
Elder brother, Oliver Cotterell, similarly founded his own Mortgage Brokerage in 2020, with Windsor Hill Mortgages helping clients throughout the start of the Covid 19 pandemic and continuing to thrive, going from strength to strength. Like My Mortgage Maker, Windsor Hill has seen their success noticed by a number of huge awards being proud finalists and winners in local and national awards.
