FAQs for 'Personalised by Post' Service

How much will it cost? This includes the first five letters. We then charge £1 per subsequent letter. We also offer a bespoke service for hand engraving images or a design and corporate and bulk engravings. Please use the form on our website or give us a call to get an exact quote. My item is expensive. Will it be safe to post? We use Royal Mail's, fully t

racked and insured postal service. We will insure the item up to the value you specify. We are also insured and can send details, if you want to see more about our insurance. How will you know where to engrave? We will ask you to fill in a form and send you a proof image on WhatsApp for your approval. How long will it take? We can usually turn around your order within a day of receiving it. But we'll let you know precisely how long it will take as soon as we receive the item and when we will post it. Will my item be tracked? Yes, it'll be fully tracked and insured. Can you do a quicker service? We try our hardest to work within your timeframe. However, if we can't do it in time, we'll let you know at the enquiry stage.
