On our quest to be as sustainable as possible and with the large share of the UK’s fishing fleet on our books, we felt a sense of responsibility to try and give back to the Ocean and soooo,

We have teamed up with Clean Planet UK who are already clients of ours (So makes sense, right!) and they are a very special charity indeed. Clean Planet specialises in removing ghost fishing gear from the sea and recycle what they find to keep waste out of landfill.

Not only that, but they conduct educational and awareness campaigns to promote sustainable fishing. We kicked off proceedings with a £1k donation and intend to do some charity fund raising throughout the year too.

It’s our Birthday!!

We have been trading 7 years to the day.

From very humble beginnings we have become quite the beast!

No outside investment, no acquisitions, just pure organic growth and great clients and insurers that we work closely with.

I’m very proud of where we are at the moment and I’m very proud of the team who are all as dedicated as I am to building the business.

What.A.Day!!

We never do things by half here at Ignite and so for our team outing we went Target Shooting with an AR-15.

For the uninitiated, this a real assault r***e with real bullets. (In a controlled environment)

Of course I won the first match and Marie Monk very closely won the second but everyone had the best time. We can’t wait to go back!!

After we had emptied the rounds, we moved on for food and drinks to round the evening off.
