Whilst this doesn’t necessarily mean fixed rates will automatically drop (lenders have likely already priced this reduction into the rates they’re currently offering) it is positive news for the market 🏡

Anyone on a tracker or variable rate mortgage will see an immiediate reduction to their rate

Okay I don’t normally mix personal and business but for this I’m definitely making an exception.
I will be going to the Scillies with Tessa Henwood in September to cheer her on in her great effort of swimming around St Martin’s to raise money.
I’m sure there isn’t a person out there who hasn’t dealt with Cancer in some shape or form.
