Most Buy-to-Let Mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We will charge a fee of up to £999 that is payable on application of the mortgage. The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. (Our typical fee being £499 for First Time Buyer, Purchase and Re-Mortgage cases). We reserve the right to charge fee of £149 for each subsequent application that may be required where the initial application is declined due to undisclosed information or where you withdraw from the application. This fee will be payable for a period of up to 12 months from the date of the original application. For any subsequent application after 12 months, a new fee will be discussed and agreed with you.

Stephen is the best ever broker in the UK. I Already had a few mortgages (re-mortgages) done by him and his team. This time the case was difficult due to the solicitor. Stephen and his team went above and beyond. Regularly chasing the third party for me to bring successful results. Stephen and his team is Highly approachable, responsive to all queries.
