Age shouldn’t decide whether you’re eligible for a mortgage - ability to repay your mortgage should.

Message us if you’re unsure of your options and we can help you determine what is actually possible - rather than relying on Margaret in the cafe giving you false information!

We’re also seeing some lenders increasing their rates at the moment.

If your fixed rate ends within the next six months, don’t sit around “waiting” to see what happens.

Securing a rate now means you’ve got an option locked in based on what’s available for your circumstances today.

If rates increase before your current deal ends, you’ve already secured your rate. And if rates come down before completion? We can review things again and, where possible, switch you onto the lower rate.

So rather than trying to predict what rates are going to do, we can make sure you’re in the best possible position throughout the six months leading up to your current deal ending. 🏡
