💭 Things I Wish I Knew Before Getting My First Mortgage... 🏡
1️⃣ Your first “no” doesn’t mean never. Different lenders have different rules — the key is finding the right fit, not giving up.
2️⃣ Credit score isn’t everything. It helps, sure — but it’s not the full story. Affordability, income type, and deposit matter too.
3️⃣ Don’t just go to your bank. They only offer their own deals — a broker can access dozens more (and sometimes better ones).
4️⃣ You don’t need a huge deposit. There are options out there, even if you’re just starting out.
If you’re about to start your journey, learn from someone who’s helped others do it the right way — with less stress and more clarity.
Let’s make sure your first home move is your best one 🏠
