We are seeking an Insurance Broker / Trainee Insurance Broker who would like to build a career in the insurance services sector. This role will be multifaceted position with emphasis on providing quality insurance services to personal and commercial customers.
This rare opportunity will incorporate both ‘front desk’ reception area responsibilities (greeting customers as they enter the office and offering support with their insurance needs) as well as back-office support and administration.
Responsibilities include:
Data Entry - Updating the company database (SSP Pure – specific to the insurance industry) with customer information.
Receiving telephone calls and directing them to the relevant team members.
Preparing customer files and insurance paperwork and electronic files.
Updating quotation information and sending out necessary documents.
Supporting the office with general administration support.
Taking payments for insurance policies over the telephone.
This permanent position has working hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and you will be joining a small team environment which offers a varied working day.
Our office is located in Banbury town centre. Parking is not provided with this role however the offices are located close to the bus / train station, and a close distance from public car parks.
