Big news for home buyers!

The Co-Ownership Property Value Limit is increasing to £230,000 for new build homes on 15 September 2026.

We recognise that new build homes in Northern Ireland are often more expensive than existing properties and it can be hard for our customers to buy these. That's why we're introducing a new separate limit for new build homes of £230,000.

When you apply, we'll check your affordability and tell you the maximum value of a home you can afford to buy, based on your circumstances. This could be⬇️

▪️up to £215,000 for existing homes
▪️up to £230,000 for new build homes
