Accounts Clerk required.
Based in Aviemore, at the Spey Valley Business Park on Dalfaber Industrial Estate, Badenoch Business Services has a vacancy for a part-time accounts clerk.
Badenoch Business Services is an established company providing bookkeeping, payroll and administration services to many business sectors.
You will be assisting with day-to-day management of the accounts function for multiple clients, to include:
• Data input for accounts payable and receivable
• Producing weekly and monthly supplier’s payment runs
• Liaising with clients, their suppliers and resolving queries
• Assisting with office duties; answering the ‘phone, and filing
Good working experience of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office 365 is desirable, but training will be given.
This is a very busy and challenging office role, and requires someone with attention to detail and commitment to achieve the high standards already set within the company. You should be an organised person, with good communication skills, who can work well both in a team and on your own.
Salary negotiable, depending on skills and experience, 16 to 30 hours a week.
