Happy Easter everyone. We are back in office tomorrow after annual leave. We will be dealing with all updates for existing clients first and foremost and filling up the diary for new appointments from Wednesday onwards.

MESMERISING SAVINGS FOR MY LATEST CLIENTS REMORTGAGE!

Application submitted Thursday afternoon.

Term reduction of 13 years, additional 20k borrowing for home improvements and payment reduced marginally from their existing payment.

Valuation done Friday.

Offer issued Monday.

These particular clients are saving over 150k in interest payable to the lender from the 13 year term reduction.

Are receiving 20k to finish the renovations in their home.

And finally are still better off in their pocket on a monthly basis. BOOM!

February as a whole was a great month with many clients helped.

TOP INDIVIDUAL BROKER AWARD WON!

Absolutely thrilled to have won Top individual broker in the North of England region!

This is a real testament to the effort we put in and the service we provide our customers. The constant long days and late nights we always put in to make sure our clients get the best outcome.

We have at all times between 50-75 active live mortgage cases in our pipeline plus insurance cases. So keeping on top of it requires the hours to be put in and recieving the recognition means a lot!

Occasionally things don’t go to the original plan whether it be a valuation comes back lower than anticipated and a new application is required or a lender declines a case for their own reasons but we always manage to get the results in the end!

That’s why this year so far we have submitted
127 mortgage applications
89 insurance applications
18 commercial finance applications
8 bridging loans

Yet we have had 0 cases that we haven’t managed to get to mortgage offer stage!

We have had multiple 5* reviews on social media and also have a 4.9 out of 5 rating on unbiased.com from customer feedback.

We have a new advisor starting with us this week which is exciting times for the business and means we will be able to help more clients going forward.

Time for us to grow and expand, more details to follow on this!

We are looking for a fully qualified mortgage advisor to join our team. We can offer a consistent lead source and flexible working pattern to suit you.

We need someone who has experience in the industry and can hit the ground running from day one!

Our main reason for expansion is that what started out as a family run business has now scaled up and our current client bank plus ongoing growth now requires an additional advisor.

I personally have been in the industry 10+ years and through the business growth we have hit a point where we need to expand.

Back in office tomorrow after the last 2 weeks of our annual leave for 2025. We will be extremely busy over the next couple of days catching up with emails and contacting existing clients with updates.

We have the days booked out tomorrow and Friday for existing client updates and compliance exams. With 4 urgent new application appointments booked out in the evenings so we will be back taking new appointments again from Monday.

Ready for the rest of 2025 it’s going to be a busy summer now securing new deals for existing clients and getting new property purchases over the line for all our clients!

Well after an unbelievably busy quarter one were we submitted 62 residential mortgage applications and 13 commercial finance applications (including 2 this morning before we left for the airport) we are going on a family holiday so will be out of office for 2 weeks.

We will be taking appointments from the 20th April again and of course will be dealing with existing cases whilst we are away if anything urgent requires doing.
