Hi Everyone,

I hope your all having a great weekend, i just thought it would be good to post a little bit of advice, for anyone that has a mortgage....please don't panic with all you see in the news, we are not going back to 1989.

This is simply lenders adjusting to a forecasted/predicted market.

If you have a mortgage, where the existing fixed rate is coming to an end, call me, email me, cone and have a coffee....we'll talk through the options available, and whether its good to change now, or just ride this little storm out.

Hi Everyone, in light of the latest interest rate rise, I have 3 bits of advice for anyone either on a variable rate, coming to the end of a fixed rate, or looking to move or purchase their first home, these are as follows:

1) Don't panic, this will cause unnecessary stress.

2) Get all of your mortgage information together.

3) Message/email me and I'll call you

We can look at this together, and find a solution. I've been a broker for 24 years and I'm happy to help in all situations.
