Free Probate Service

Coping with the loss of a loved one can be one of the toughest emotional challenges you might face that can overwhelm you and leave you feeling vulnerable and uncertain.

It is not easy to know what to do after losing someone and it is normal to have a lot of questions. The process can be confusing, time consuming and worrying.

Ian King Financial Planning are now trialling our new Probate service and are looking to perform one Probate free of charge (the estate will only have to pay the court fees). We will deal with everything for you to try and make this sad time as easy as possible for you.
If you need help and guidance administering an estate and you meet the following criteria then please get in touch:
• You are an executor and/or family member of someone who has recently passed away.
• The deceased has left a valid Will.
• You are located in the East Midlands Area.
• There is no solicitor or other professional named as an executor of the Will.
