There was a great turn out to our Birmingham drinks event! It was fantastic to see so many people face-to-face again after all this time and catch up with contacts old and new from across the Midlands.

We gave a brief update on ThinCats, our new sources of funding totaling £2bn over the next couple of years, the state of play with RLS, and introduced our growing Midlands team.

We hope to connect with more of our contacts soon!

We would like to welcome our new Regional Head of Credit, Brian Don to ThinCats. Brian brings over 30 years’ experience within financial services, covering roles in credit sanctioning, business development and relationship roles in corporate and commercial banking. Brian joins us from NatWest Bank where he was a Credit Manager for Commercial Credit in the Midlands Southwest and Wales region.

Brian’s role will involve working with the ThinCats’ business development team, local advisors and businesses to help shape appropriate loan facilities for SMEs in the Midlands and South West.
