Just to let customers know, we will be open as usual from the 12.30 session as our power is now back.
We will be running the weekday menu so food is now available.

**Sunday 22nd February**

Unfortunately, as it stands, we are unable to open to the public for our first session 9.30-12 due to our electricity not being fully returned after the outage yesterday.
We will continue to keep you updated on the remaining two sessions and whether or not we are able to open for these.
Our phone lines are currently still down so we’re unable to take phone calls to change bookings, but once they’re up and running we will happily move any existing bookings to new dates.
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience but also thank you for your patience and understanding x

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you that due to a major power outage beyond our control, we may unfortunately be required to close on Sunday, 22nd February. We will be able to update you at 8:30 am tomorrow morning with further information on whether we are able to open.

If you have a booking with us on this date, please rest assured that we will be more than happy to rearrange your appointment to a new date of your choice at your convenience.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

At this point in time, we must make all customers aware that we have no phone line so are unable to take calls to make the reschedules, we will keep you updated at all times as to when these are back live.
