18 October is World Menopause Day.
Menopause and perimenopause is a fact of life for many, yet so few feel able to talk about it.
We want to help change that - for ourselves, for our partners, for you.
Symptoms can feel very different for everyone; some people may experience lots of symptoms, some may feel none at all.
But going through this completely natural phase of life can feel lonely, isolating and uncertain.
You may feel that nobody understands what you're going through - that you may not even understand it yourself!
As your body goes through these changes, you may feel less like yourself - or a sense of loss of who you once were and start feeling low in self confidence and struggling to cope with, not only the mental health symptoms, but the physical ones too.
It's a lot to deal with on top of everything else your busy life throws at you.
