Another busy week at DF Mobility!

Danny and Simon teamed up to fit a power pack to a Rea Azalea wheelchair. It was a tricky job, but they got it done and that’s all that matters.

Our customer was delighted with the work carried out!

We have a few really nice, 2nd-hand scooters , in stock currently that we will be selling at a very reasonable price locally.

Would suit someone local to Andover who just requires a basic 4mph mobility scooter that is suitable to go to the shops and back each day. 8-12 mile radius for battery.

Another busy week for us.

Simon has been out delivering a specialist Four-Wheel Forearm Rollator for one of our customers out in Weyhill.

These rollators are ideal for those that struggle with a traditional rollator due to limited hand and wrist dexterity.

The forearm supports are padded and can be height and length adjusted.

The rollator is lightweight and can be folded down when not in use for transport purposes.

With temperatures rising again today, we’re encouraging our customers to stay indoors unless your journey is absolutely necessary.

Hot weather can be especially challenging for older adults and mobility scooter users.

If you do need to head out:

🧴 Stay hydrated
🧢 Wear a hat and light clothing
🌳 Stick to shaded areas where possible
🔋 Make sure your scooter battery is fully charged
⏰ Travel during cooler parts of the day

Your safety and wellbeing always come first.

Please check in on elderly and vulnerable friends, neighbours, and loved ones during the hot weather. 💙
