🏃♀️🏃 COMMENTS SECTION COACHING TO 26.2 | WEEK 1🏃♀️🏃
Just over 2 weeks ago, Richard ran 1.61km and Chloe ran 3.6km
This week, we both ran 5km in 34 minutes 🎉
Chloe had never run 5K before and Richard hadn’t done it for over 15 years!
And we have you lot to thank for it!
The advice we used from our comments section this week was:
💬 Getting out the door is a win.
💬 Forget about speed, time, and distance.
💬 Run slow, there’s no such thing as too slow.
We followed your advice and suddenly 5K didn’t feel impossible.
We know 5K might be someone else’s warm-up, but for two people trying to go from non-runners to Marathon runners, it feels like an achievement 😊
We need to turn that 5K into 26.2 miles by April 2027 so we can run the London Marathon for Breakthrough T1D, a charity incredibly close to our hearts, as our son Archie is living with Type 1 Diabetes 💙
So, coaches… we can run 5K. What do we do next? 👇😂
Follow along and please keep the advice coming, we’re going to need it!
