The follow up!

I had viewed a property a couple months back but just missed out to a family downsizing (albeit a full refurb needed)

It's still not completed and I heard a whisper tonight that they may be stalling as they are looking at other properties,

So it was time to get another follow up, a personal letter to the owner letting them know I'm interested if the opportunity ever came up 😉

Great potential for a flip in a very desirable area of Clackmannanshire
