I'm only bringing on 2-3 new investors this quarter.
Not because I don't have deals — because I don't send anything out until I've walked it, checked the numbers myself, and I'd put my own money in it.

That means I can only manage a handful of investor relationships properly at once.
If you're:
→ An experienced investor tired of chasing deals that are already picked over
→ Just starting out and want someone to walk you through your first property investment properly

Drop a comment or DM me "INVEST" and I'll send over how it works.

Central Scotland's off-market opportunities don't sit on Rightmove. They come through relationships — this is how you get in early.

Class week up at Lossiemouth, caravan holidays always make you want to live by the beach ⛱️

Back to business on Monday finding more deals, if you are needing help finding your next investment reach out and let's have a chat, sourcing properties all over Clackmannanshire, Stirling, Falkirk, Perth and Fife 🏠

What does a property sourcer actually do — and why does it matter to your returns?

Here's the honest answer most people don't explain:

A sourcer's job isn't just to find properties.
It's to find properties nobody else is offering you — at prices you couldn't negotiate yourself.

Here's what that looks like at Ochil Property Solutions:

🔍 Building direct relationships with agents and motivated sellers
📞 Networking with agents before deals go to market
💰 Negotiating below asking price on your behalf
📊 Running full yield and ROI analysis before presenting anything
⚡ Moving fast so you don't lose the deal to someone else

The result?

You get a packaged deal — price negotiated, numbers done, solicitor ready — and you decide yes or no.

No weekends lost on Rightmove. No missed calls to estate agents. No overpaying.

That's the service. That's the value.

The follow up!

I had viewed a property a couple months back but just missed out to a family downsizing (albeit a full refurb needed)

It's still not completed and I heard a whisper tonight that they may be stalling as they are looking at other properties,

So it was time to get another follow up, a personal letter to the owner letting them know I'm interested if the opportunity ever came up 😉

Great potential for a flip in a very desirable area of Clackmannanshire

No cheek no chance
