We first shared this project a while back, one of our renovations clients mid-build, and look at the progress since! From stripped-back roof timbers and exposed insulation to a fully re-battened, felted roof taking shape. Proper transformation happening here.

We originally quoted 3 months’ cover for this one, and (as is so often the case with renovations 😅) the project has run over. That’s completely normal, timelines slip, weather delays things, trades get rescheduled, and it’s exactly why our renovations policies are built to be extended rather than left to lapse.

If your build is taking longer than planned, don’t let your cover run out before the works finish. A quick call to extend is far easier than dealing with a gap in cover if something goes wrong in the final stretch.
