Here’s what they had to say: “Harriet joined BH on the training programme in May 2025 and has been an absolute joy to work with. Her enthusiasm, dedication to learning, and all-round willingness to help have not gone unnoticed. She is always more than happy to adjust her workload where needed to help manage client backlogs and fully understands the importance of doing so at short notice. This month, Harriet has been introduced to a new client and is handling the transition brilliantly.
Harriet is always happy to help out wherever she can, and is always keen to help out her colleagues with any queries or amendments, she is a great team player. Harriet is eager to learn and to improve her own knowledge bank, as well as more than happy to share this with the entire team. Nothing is ever too much and she is a delight to work with.”
