Purity Financial Acquires Cotwall Financial Planning
We are delighted to announce that Purity Financial Services Limited has agreed the acquisition of Cotwall Financial Planning, effective 13th April 2026.
This marks an exciting step forward for our business as we continue to grow and enhance the support we provide to our clients. The acquisition strengthens our position and allows us to build on the excellent foundations already established at Cotwall Financial Planning.
We are also pleased to confirm that Andrew Nicklin will be joining the team to support the transition of clients and help ensure continuity of service throughout this process. His experience and knowledge of the existing client base will be invaluable.
