❓ My bank doesn't provide a community banker service. Can I still use the banking hub?

Yes! Customers of all major banks and building societies can access cash services from the banking hub counter, whenever the hub is open.

These services include:
➡️ pay in cash and cheques
➡️ withdraw cash
➡️ check your balance
➡️ pay utility bills
➡️ top up your gas and electricity
➡️ access change-giving services (for small businesses)

24 Dec: Lloyd’s (9am - 1pm) only

the following Community Hub staff will not be available
25 Dec: HSBC and Halifax
26 Dec: NatWest
31 Dec: Lloyd’s

If you need to see your Bank Representatives for any matter relating to your accounts, I would urge you to come and see us during the week commencing 16 Dec.

UPDATE: Lloyds community bankers are now available every Tuesday 9 till 5. Pop in to discuss any matters with your Lloyds account.

You can also pay bills, cash withdrawals/deposits and much more Monday to Friday.

Update: Santander are now available in branch to help with your account related queries. Don’t forget, we can help process your regular banking needs, Monday-Friday, such as cash withdrawals/deposits, bill payments, utility top-ups etc
