It’s never easy to take time away from the office when you are a small business, but 2 days away at the annual PRIMIS Live Conference in London was most definitely worth it.

Spending valuable time with 7 brilliant women who all lead successful mortgage advice businesses in South Wales, demonstrates just how valuable local collaboration in business can be.

Together we are stronger and we have a whole heap of fun too!

Breaking News - Budget 2021 ........

The Chancellor has today announced some changes impacting mortgages and the housing market.

Stamp Duty (England) and Land Transaction Tax (Wales) will continue the Nil Rate duty holiday until 30 June 2021.

New government backed Help to Buy mortgage guarantee scheme to support high loan to value borrowing up to 95% helping those with lower equity buy a home. Looking forward to seeing which lenders will take part in this.
