From full strip out to a bright, modern one-bedroom flat just minutes from Aberdeen city centre. This project was a complete transformation from start to finish. We stripped the property back to the shell and rebuilt it with comfort, efficiency and modern living in mind. ✨

Works included:

• Full strip out,

• New insulation throughout to improve warmth and energy efficiency,

• Full new plumbing system,

• Upgraded energy-efficient Dimplex electric storage heaters,

• Removal of the wall between the kitchen and living room to create an open-plan layout,

• New storage space added to make the flat more practical for everyday living,

• Complete refurbishment finished to a modern standard across the entire flat.

Opening up the kitchen completely changed the feel of the property-creating a brighter, more spacious layout and making the most of every square metre. Projects like this are exactly why we love refurbishment work. Taking a tired property and giving it a completely new life. This flat is now ready for a new chapter. 🏡🔑
