Hello to all SA operators in North of Scotland!
I operate a mixture (owned & R2R) of SA in various locations from Dundee to Nairn & in between.
(I’m based in Aberdeen)

Probably like many other operators I’m constantly facing old & new challenges in the day to day running of my units and often it’s just down to “not knowing”!

There seems to be many grey areas when it comes to running SA - often location dependent and I guess for many through inexperience as more and more people convert to this strategy from BTL due to poor rental returns, bad tenants or plain business ambition.

So having faced many of the issues that other operators have also done so - and worked through them - I thought it could be a good idea to set up a small get together of any interested operators (current or future) where we can meet, chat, advise and help!

This is just an idea at the moment but if there was enough interest then it could become a regular get-together and could become a little more structured with page of its own and forum.

Putting this out there to ANY interested persons in North of Scotland (River Tay and North) but it’s not closed to anyone else who might want to join in discussions and get support and advice from other operators - the more the merrier.

Wondered if anybody interested in the following or if you know of anybody interested then please share.

On lookout for a trustworthy person to work with me a morning/afternoon or two a week to carry out general admin/book-keeping (not complicated)/ filing / upkeep of spreadsheets etc.
Working from my office to start but can easily be adapted to working from home.
