Great meeting today at the best of the venues, the home of football!! Took so much from it and the presenters were excellent. Been in the industry a long time but still so much to learn.

I also love a freebie and the highlight today was the Darlington Building Society notepad/calendar with a section to doodle whilst on hold for 45 minutes to some of their competitors 😜.
