The deadline varies according to your address.

Zone 1 covers departments 1-19, as well as non-residents.
Zone 2 covers departments 20-54 (also includes Corsica).
Zone 3 covers departments 55 to 974/976.

The deadline for paper declarations was today, 20 May.
