🚀 [Focus Entrepreneurs] Accompagner la croissance et l’attractivité des entreprises ultramarines

👏 Nous sommes ravis de mettre en lumière le parcours de Meggan Cavalier, fondatrice de Kopa et membre de la première promotion du programme INCOPLEX Outre-Mer.

Kopa incarne parfaitement la dynamique d’innovation et le potentiel de développement économique que nous avons vocation à soutenir au sein de nos territoires.

S’inscrivant dans le cadre de l’initiative nationale Entrepreneuriat Quartiers 2030, opérée par Bpifrance, le programme INCOPLEX Outre-Mer déploie un accompagnement stratégique de 12 mois structuré autour de trois axes clés :

📈 Compétences techniques : Optimisation de la stratégie de croissance, structuration du développement commercial et du marketing.
Réseau et posture de dirigeant : Renforcement des compétences managériales, travail sur la prise de parole et synergies avec le réseau INCO (dont INCO Ventures).
Financement : Acculturation aux codes des investisseurs et identification des leviers financiers, notamment ceux spécifiques aux marchés insulaires, pour assurer un développement pérenne.

🤝 En collaborant étroitement avec les acteurs locaux, notre ambition est double : renforcer l’écosystème entrepreneurial ultramarin et valoriser ses talents à l’échelle nationale et internationale.

The modern reimagination of the ancient festival of innovation, Panathēnea returns on 27–29 May 2026, in Zappeio, Athens, Greece, bringing 10,000 founders, investors and creators to the city, where ideas have always mattered, mixing up the worlds of tech, startups and arts.

👩‍🏫 Accompagner, transformer, engager !

Rendez-vous ce jeudi 21 mai à l’Hôtel de Ville de Paris pour la 13ᵉ édition d’Impact².

À cette occasion, nous aurons le plaisir d’accueillir ,fondatrice d’Ecolhuma et d’ÊtrePROF.

Engagée pour une école plus juste et plus inclusive, elle agit face à un constat fort : la France reste marquée par de fortes inégalités scolaires.

En cofondant Ecolhuma dès 2012, elle a choisi de mettre ses compétences au service de celles et ceux qui font l’école au quotidien. Depuis plus de 13 ans, l’association accompagne les enseignants et les équipes éducatives dans la transformation concrète de leurs pratiques.

À travers les programmes ÊtrePROF et Manageduc, ce sont aujourd’hui plus de 200 000 enseignants et 3 500 chefs d’établissement accompagnés, touchant directement plus de 2,3 millions d’élèves.

Son intervention viendra nourrir les échanges autour d’un enjeu central : comment réduire les inégalités et construire une éducation plus juste et plus épanouissante.

When Lai Phan, Amos Stark, and Yasmine Turner met through INCO Elevate Australia, they realised they were looking at the same problem from different angles: Lai focused on mental wellness with Unlimited You, Amos helps people with social wellness with Thrivator, and Yasmine addresses financial wellness with My financial Future.

“Here is the thing: these three areas constantly affect each other. … You cannot fix one piece in isolation. We each saw that independently, and that is what brought us together,” said the trio.

Together, they organised a taster workshop for international students at the Queensland International Business Academy after one of the collaborators was invited to speak in their industry guest speaker series. As the three were already exploring a collaboration, they used the opportunity to co-design and test their workshop concept, Thrive After Uni: Hacks for your Unlimited Future. The feedback was immediate.

“In just 15 minutes on each topic, students were naming things they had never had words for before. When that happens, anxiety starts to shift into something they can actually act on," said the entrepreneurs.

Now, the three founders plan to develop the workshop further: They’re building a three-week program, allowing one week to dive deeper into each topic.

“The first hour works as a door opener. The three-week version is where real change happens,” they said.

Nous aurons le plaisir d’accueillir Philippine Dolbeau au Sommet mondial pour l’éducation – Impact².

Plus jeune entrepreneure de France, elle fonde à 15 ans NewSchool, une startup edtech dédiée à la gestion de la vie scolaire et à la sécurité des élèves. Après la cession de son entreprise, elle s’engage entre médias et action publique (Présidence de la République, G20 des Entrepreneurs).
