Nos emprunteurs sont deux fondateurs d’espaces de coworking haut-de-gamme à Paris. Pour faire face au développement et la croissance de la société, nos clients ont contracté deux dettes en 2018 arrivant à maturité en 2024 :

➡ Une obligation convertible de 4 millions d’euros
En général, le financement d’une entreprise est réalisé par les apports en capital, les comptes courants d’associés et les crédits bancaires. Les obligations convertibles en sont une alternative et/ou un complément. Une obligation convertible est un prêt qui, à son terme, peut être remboursé soit en actions de l’entreprises, soit en numéraire. Elle s’apparente donc à une option d’achat sur les actions. Ce mécanisme de financement permet à des investisseurs qui ne souhaitent pas prendre le risque d’entrer immédiatement au capital d’une entreprise de tout de même bénéficier du développement de celle-ci.

➡ Une obligation sèche de 600 000 euros
Une obligation sèche est l’équivalent d’un prêt in fine avec un taux plus élevé que celui de la dette bancaire.

👉 Nous avons obtenu un co-financement avec deux de nos partenaires bancaires afin de solder les deux obligations ci-dessus
▪ 1 000 000€ sur 60 mois à 5%.
▪ 2 000 000€ sur 60 mois à 4.8%
