The Tour de France 2022 cycle race will come to Cahors on Friday 22nd July 2022.

L’annonce vient d’être faite à l’instant depuis le Palais des Congrès à Paris où l’organisateur a présenté le tracé du Tour 2022. Jean-Marc Vayssouze-Faure, le maire de Cahors, était présent pour découvrir la 19e étape qui conduira le peloton de Castelnau-Magnoac (65) en sortie des Pyrénées jusqu’à Cahors. L’arrivée de cette étape du vendredi 22 juillet sera jugée en haut du boulevard.
Le lendemain, samedi 23 juillet, le Tour de France reste dans le Lot avec un contre-la-montre entre Lacapelle-Marival et Rocamadour.
