• Meeting Hall – the big one has the capacity of occupying 120 participants with table and it’s price is 1,100 birr. The smaller one can occupy only 15-20 participants and it’s price is 600 birr. All the necessary operating equipments are available for both halls like – LCD projector system, flip chart stand, ventilator , etc.
• Buffet Type - For the sake of delivering convenient and consistence services, we have got only the first grade catering service which is 154.00 birr for non-fasting buffet and 126.00 birr for fasting buffet which is inclusive of one small water or soft drink.
• Outside Catering – the service delivery charge for this service will be , 170.00 birr for non-fasting buffet, 140 birr for fasting buffet and 50 birr for a single refreshment ( 100 birr for twice a day refreshment ).
• Room accommodations – we have made the above listed room rate adjustment and we don’t have any separate rates for foreigners and natives like the previous and it works only as per the current exchange rates to treat our respected guests equally. And, the complementary services that we offer are , WIFI internet (everywhere), shuttle to and from the airport, breakfast and a small water in the mini-bar for each day.
• About the price – all prices are inclusive of VAT and service charge.
• Number of rooms – we do have 28 existing total rooms and are under construction of extra 45 rooms with elevator and other special features. From 28, 4 of them are normal single, 4 of them are twin , 6 of them are king (double) and the remaining 14 are standard single.
• Meeting Hall – at this time we have only two meeting halls. The smaller one can occupy only 15-20 participants, the large one can occupy about 120 participants with table. But , we are intending to build another and much better meeting hall.
• Refreshment – includes hot drinks, small water and biscuits (cookies) and the price will be 40 birr for half a day and 80 birr for twice a day. The other type , includes different cocktail sticks and fried meat and fish, hot drinks and small water and will be 65 birr for half day and 130 for twice a day refreshment.
• Buffet list – involves different fish meals, traditional meals, vegetables, foreign meals, fruits and others.
• Menu – we offer a very satisfactory catering service with a reasonable and competitive price. Rooms
