ከትርፋማነት ወደ ላቀ ስኬት!….ፒስ ማይክሮፋይናንስ አ.ማ

ፒስ ማይክሮፋይናንስ አ.ማ የባለአክስዮኖች 30ኛ ዓመታዊ ያልሆነ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ሐምሌ 4 ቀን 20017ዓ.ም በዋና መ/ቤት የስብሰባ አዳራሽ አካሄደ፡፡
በጉባኤው ላይ አቶ ተዘራ ከበደ፣ ዋና ሥ/አስፈፃሚ፣ ኩባንያው ባሳለፈው በጀት አመት አትራፊነቱን እንዲሁም በቀጣይም ወደ ላቀ ስኬት እንደሚጓዝ “From Profitable PEACE (2024/2025) to Greater Success (2025/2026)” በሚል መሪ ቃል አብስረዋል፡፡
በበጀት አመቱ በአማራ ክልልና በኦሮሚያ አንዲሁም በአማሮኬሎ በሚገኙ ቅርንጫፎች አካባቢ በተከሰቱ ግጭቶች የገጠመ ፈተና ቢኖርም በተደረገው ከፍተኛ ጥረት ኩባንያው አትራፊ በመሆኑ “የእንኳን ደስ አላችሁ!” መልእከት አስተላልፈዋል፡፡በእለቱ ከኩባንያው ምስረታ ጀምሮ የነበሩ ነባር አባልና ቀደም ባሉት አመታት በቦርድ አመራርነትም ሲያገለግሉ የቆዩት አቶ ማሞ ከበደ ሸንቁጥ የተዘጋጀውን ኬክ ቆርሰዋል።

እንዲሁም በእለቱ የዳሬክተሮች ቦርድ ምርጫ ተካሄዶ ፀድቋል፡፡

ፒስ ማይክሮፋይናንስ አክሲዮን ማህበር 10ኛ አስቸኳይ እና 29ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ በተከናወነ።

የፒስ ማይክሮፋይናንስ አክሲዮን ማህበር የባለአክሲዮኖች 10ኛ አስቸኳይ እና 29ኛ መደበኛ (ያልሆነ አመታዊ) ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ በ2017 ዓ.ም. ሰኔ 28 ቀን በኩባንያው ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ውስጥ በሚገኘው የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ተካሄደ።
በዚህ ጉባኤው የኩባንያው የመመስረቻ ሰነድ እና የመተዳደሪያ ደንብ ከንግድ ህግ ቁጥር 1243/2013 መሰረት ተዋህዶ ፅድቋል።

The 10th Extraordinary and 29th Regular General Assembly meeting of Shareholders for PEACE Microfinance S.C. took place on July 5, 2025, in the main office meeting hall.
During this assembly, the company's Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association were reviewed and consolidated in compliance with the Commercial Code 1243/2013.

Training of Trainers (ToT) on education finance for PEACE

Opportunity International EduFinance provided a Training of Trainers (ToT) on education finance for PEACE MFI staff from March 21 to 22, 2025. Mr. Dereje Legese, Technical Assistance, Opportunity International, and Mr. Abreham Tilahun, CEO, of KACHA, delivered the training. The objectives of the training were to raise awareness about education finance products that aim to access quality education in Ethiopia.

WASH Financing & Sustainable Solutions Training for PEACE MFI Staff

A training session on WASH Financing & Sustainable Solutions was conducted for PEACE MFI staff in Asella from February 21 to 22, 2025. The training was organized in collaboration with AQUA for All and Fair & Sustainable Consulting.
The objectives of the training were to enhance participants' understanding of the importance of WASH loans and to build staff capacity on WASH(Water, Sanitation and Hygiene )
Mr. Feleke Borga, Deputy CEO of PEACE MFI, served as one of the trainers, sharing valuable insights on sustainable WASH financing strategies.
