📢 Important Update from the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) 📢

ECMA has extended the deadline for publicly held companies to submit required documents and information under the Public Offer and Trading of Securities Directive No. 1030/2024. This extension provides a final opportunity for companies that have not yet complied.

🔹 New Submission Deadline: April 9, 2025
🔹 Applies to companies with 50+ shareholders or those raising capital through public subscription
🔹 Failure to comply may result in regulatory consequences

We urge all concerned companies to submit their documents on time to ensure transparency and a smooth transition to a fully regulated capital market.

MORAL LESSON OF THE DAY

Both guavas are hanging together on the same branch of the same tree.

One of them is already ripe, while the other one may need more time to ripe.

Nature is teaching us an important lesson through these guavas.

When we see others around us achieving success while we have not, it does not mean we are unsuccessful. It simply means that the right time for us has not yet come.

So, we must hold on, be patient, and not give up out of frustration.

We might just be a few days away from reaching our ripened state.

Remember, our time will come, too, but it requires patience and perseverance.
