Por la presente, les comunico mi decisión de no renovar la póliza de seguro de hogar con número [número de póliza], cuyo vencimiento está previsto el día [fecha de vencimiento].

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 22 de la Ley de Contrato de Seguro, les notifico con una antelación superior a 30 días respecto a la fecha de renovación, por lo cual les ruego que procedan a la cancelación de dicha póliza a su vencimiento.

Solicito que me confirmen por escrito la cancelación del seguro y la no renovación del mismo.
