Situated on one level, this villa offers easy access to spacious living accommodation.

The outside area has been tastefully tiled and is therefore also easy to maintain with a private pool, a glazed outside porch sitting area and off-road parking as well as on street.

On entering the villa there is a large, light, bright and airy open plan lounge and modern well fitted kitchen area with a central island. Air conditioning, storage heaters and a ceiling fan allow for comfortable temperature control whatever the weather.

Located in the old part of the sought after village of Pinar de Campoverde. This south facing villa has a long driveway with parking space for at least 6 - 8 cars. There are mature gardens to the front, a covered sun terrace and the pool on the south side.

The accommodation is cleverly split over three levels, taking advantage of the lie of the land you only have a half normal height staircase which is nice and wide to ascend to the sleeping accommodation above the separate apartment behind.

The main accommodation can be accessed from a front door leading off the pool or in through the door off the driveway leading into the hall with the open aspect kitchen to the right. The kitchen is well fitted with marble tops, hob with extractor and a pleasant view from the window. There is a small feature island breakfast bar suitable for 4 people to sit at.

Leading from the kitchen is the hub of the main accommodation with an open plan dining area, with the lounge off to the side and an office area behind by the front door and also the feature stone staircase leading up to the three bedrooms.
