And our involvement goes a little further this season: Jan Peter is also part of the coaching team for the Cadete girls, making our connection with the club even more personal.

We willen onze groep " Nederlandstalige social Club 👉🏼 Costa Cálida - Los Alcázares" de komende tijd graag verder laten groeien.

Niet alleen in aantal leden, maar vooral in wat we samen met de groep kunnen doen.

Daarom zijn we blij dat Tanja en Peter ons vanaf nu gaan helpen 🎉

Tanja en Peter gaan ons ondersteunen bij het beheer van de groep, het verwelkomen van nieuwe leden en het meedenken over en organiseren van nieuwe activiteiten en initiatieven.

Er zijn inmiddels al verschillende ideeën.

Zo wil Nanda wellicht haar schilderworkshops weer gaan oppakken en lijkt het ons leuk om te kijken naar gezamenlijke uitstapjes of andere activiteiten waarbij leden elkaar ook buiten de groep kunnen ontmoeten.

Ook Emphiera Real Estate zal in de toekomst iets meer onderdeel worden van de groep.

Ons bedrijf en ons leven hier in Spanje zijn sterk met elkaar verweven, dus dat voelt voor ons heel natuurlijk.

We willen vooral dingen delen die echt iets toevoegen aan de groep, bijvoorbeeld onderwerpen waar we in de praktijk vaak vragen over krijgen of waarvan we merken dat er behoefte aan is.

Persoonlijk en relevant, en vooral zonder dat de groep verandert in een compleet reclameplatform.

Daarnaast willen we ook meer aandacht geven aan lokale initiatieven en aan wat er in onze omgeving gebeurt.

Ook lijkt het ons leuk om vanuit de groep af en toe iets te kunnen betekenen voor lokale initiatieven.

We kijken bijvoorbeeld of we binnenkort iets kunnen organiseren waarmee we Club Balonmano Los Alcázares ( handbal ) extra kunnen ondersteunen.

Hoe precies, daar denken we nog over na.

Uiteindelijk willen we vooral dat deze groep meer gaat leven.

Meer ontmoeten, meer delen, meer lokaal betrokken zijn en af en toe gewoon iets leuks samen doen 😀

We kijken ernaar uit om daar samen met Tanja Verwijmeren Meegdes en Peter Verwijmeren verder vorm aan te geven 💪🏼

Mooi nieuws, ook buiten ons werk om!

Dit seizoen is Jan Peter trainer van de Cadete meiden van Club Balonmano Los Alcázares.

Handbal speelt al jaren een belangrijke rol binnen ons gezin, 2 van onze kinderen spelen bij deze club ( cadete meiden en juvenil jongens )

Daarom vinden we het extra bijzonder dat JP zich nu opnieuw als trainer mag inzetten voor de club, dit keer bij deze groep meiden, met veel aandacht voor plezier, ontwikkeling, teamwork en natuurlijk sportieve ambitie.

Voor ons gaat betrokkenheid bij de regio waarin we wonen en werken verder dan alleen vastgoed!

Zowel privé als vanuit ons bedrijf EMPHIERA. dragen we de club een warm hart toe.

Daarom zijn we niet alleen langs de lijn betrokken, maar ondersteunen we Club Balonmano Los Alcázares ook als sponsor dit jaar! 🎉

Lokale sportverenigingen zijn belangrijk.

Ze brengen mensen samen, geven jongeren een plek om zich te ontwikkelen en zorgen voor verbinding binnen de gemeenschap.

En daar hoort natuurlijk ook publiek bij.

👉🏼 We zouden het dan ook geweldig vinden als meer mensen de teams komen aanmoedigen tijdens de wedstrijden.

Een volle tribune en support vanaf de zijlijn maken echt verschil voor de speelsters en spelers.

Daarom zullen wij de thuiswedstrijden van de club regelmatig aankondigen via onze social media, zodat wie in de buurt is gezellig kan komen kijken en supporten.

Great news, also outside of work!

This season, Jan Peter is once again coaching at Club Balonmano Los Alcázares, this time the Cadete girls’ team.

Handball has played an important role in our family for many years, two of our children play for this club, one in the Cadete girls’ team and one in the Juvenil boys’ team.

That makes it even more special for us that JP can now dedicate himself to coaching this group of girls, with a strong focus on enjoyment, development, teamwork and, of course, sporting ambition.

For us, being involved in the region where we live and work goes far beyond real estate.

Both personally and through our company EMPHIERA, we are proud to support the club.

That is why we are not only involved from the sidelines, but also support Club Balonmano Los Alcázares as a sponsor 🎉💪🏼

Local sports clubs are important!

They bring people together, give young people a place to develop and create a real sense of community.

And of course, that also means having supporters in the stands!

👉🏼 We would love to see more people come and support the teams during their matches.

A full stand and encouragement from the sidelines really do make a difference to the players.

That is why we will regularly announce the club’s home matches on our social media, so that anyone in the area can come along, enjoy the game and support the teams.
