From the spacious 18m2 terrace you have a breathtaking view of the golf course and the Sierra Espuña mountains and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset behind the mountains. The terrace is south facing and has, besides the great view, sun blinds, built-in bbq and luxurious garden furniture so that one can fully enjoy the wonderful climate! There are also sun beds available which can be taken to the beach and / or the pool.

The apartment is part of the Condado de Alhama Golf resort which is located in the Costa Cálida, the authentic south-east of Spain.
The resort has beautiful gardens and 24 communal swimming pools. Three of these pools are located within 25-75 meters of the apartment, so you can just choose!
Within a few minutes walk is the center of 'Al Kasar' located with several bars, restaurants and a large supermarket (Spar) that are open daily both summer and winter. You will also find tennis courts, basketball courts and a fitness club at the resort, which you can use for a fee.
Costa Cálida means 'the Warm Coast', because this part of Spain has more than 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 19 degrees (in the shade!).
