BIG NEWS for Property Buyers in Spain.

From today, Transfer Tax has been slashed in Andalucia from its current tiered levels of 8%, 9% and 10% to a flat rate of 7% on the entire purchase price.......but only for purchases completed by 31st December 2021.

And stamp duty on new property has been reduced to 1.2% from 1.5%.

For purchases of resale properties, this amounts to the following savings:

€300.000 - saving of €3.000
€500.000 - saving of €6.000
€1.000.000 - saving of €19.000
€2.000.000 - saving of €49.000
€3.000.000 - saving of €79.000

News for Property Buyers in Spain

Today Transfer Tax has been reduced in Andalucia from its current levels to a flat rate of 7% on the entire purchase price..but only for purchases completed by 31st December 2021.

Stamp duty on new property has been reduced to 1.2% from 1.5%. For purchases of resale properties,
So the following savings can currently be made:
€300.000 - saving of €3.000
€500.000 saving of €6.000
€1.000.000 saving of €19.000
€2.000.000 - saving of €49.000
