In my late twenties, I expanded into bonds, stocks, and cryptocurrency, using them strategically and with extreme caution to create additional income streams.
These produced a smart income for day-to-day expenses, allowing my core property investments to grow without pressure.
By the age of 30, this approach resulted in over £800,000 in property equity — achieved through sourcing the right projects, negotiating effectively, and exiting investments at the right time.
Today, I actively help property investors source and assess profitable projects.
