Hi to all.
It's with regret and sadness that I have to announce the closure of " The Bank ".it's been a bridge to far in getting the licence due to community objections ( 18 months) and then finaly being granted licence during lockdown.
I handed back the keys to the landlord today.
I must say thanks to all customers for their support and custom during this time and also when I had the Lazy Monkey Bar.
Not sure what the future holds, let's see.
Take time out and re evaluate.

Today we will be open from 16 hrs till 20.30, last night to enjoy drink with friends and family before new restrictions tomorrow.
Then we will be open 12.00 till 1 8.00hrs from Tuesday.

After 2 great days of opening we have to wait for our "Terrace application " to be a approved.
Hopefully later today or tomorrow.

It is with great relief and happiness to report that we have finally been granted an opening licence for The Bank.
Unfortunately during this lockdown period all bars and restaurants do not yet have a clear date when we will be able to open..
But I am sure this will happen.
Thanks to everyone for their support during this long period and hope to see you all in the not too distance future.

Update on our progress to open the Bank.
As yet no decision from Town hall despite daily tel calls.
Just a shame that this has taken so long but will keep trying.
